WE understand that unexpected occurrences do happen from time to time. This Policy outlines what happens when something unexpected arises. WE reserve the right to review and amend or change all or any part of OUR Refund Policy at any time. Please regularly check this Policy for any changes as WE will not notify you when changes are made.
Due to the unprecedented impact of the Covid-19 crisis the Commonwealth and State Governments are regulating activity of people that is having an unforeseen impact on people and businesses.
As a result WE have reviewed and modified OUR Refund Policy for this period. WE have made changes with full consideration of OUR customers while also ensuring the ongoing viability of OUR business and engagement of staff.
We are only issuing refund coupon vouchers to all OUR customers valued at the full amount of their order. All coupon vouchers issued will be valid for 12 months.
Customers cannot receive a refund for an ordered Paint Club Pack or any art materials that has already been transported or delivered by US. Any defect in materials delivered will be replaced as soon as possible. If the defect in materials leads to the customer being unable to participate in their booked session, a session refund coupon voucher will be provided.
While WE endeavour to deliver all sessions to you, due to unforeseen issues and factors, WE reserve the right to delay or cancel a session at any time. If a session is delayed or cancelled, WE will notify you as soon as it is possible.
In an instance where WE must cancel a session, WE will provide you with credit to the value of your purchase by issuing a coupon voucher.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by emailing us, up to 24 hours before the event (one week for group bookings of 6 and more). WE will provide you with credit to the value of your purchase by issuing a coupon voucher. Last minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will incur a $20 rebooking/rescheduling fee per person.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel a session at any time. If a session is delayed or cancelled, WE will notify you as soon as it is possible. When WE choose to cancel a session, WE will provide you with credit to the value of your purchase or WE will provide a full refund.
Private event deposits are non refundable if you choose to cancel within 1 month of the scheduled date. We are able to reschedule the event to a time that suits you and US, if more than 2 weeks before the event. We are not able to refund the full amount or reschedule your event, if you choose to cancel within 2 weeks of the event.
Where WE have incurred expenses for other services in regards to the Private Event bookings WE will discuss with the person who arranged the booking the cost and fees owed to US on a case by case basis. Those costs will firstly be deducted from any monies already received before issuing a refund coupon voucher(s) or will be invoiced by US.
For Group cancellations (more than 6 people) made one week before the scheduled event, WE will provide you with credit to the value of your purchase by issuing a coupon voucher for each participant, up to the value of that session. If you cancel your group booking within 1 week before the scheduled event, you will incur a $20 rebooking/rescheduling fee per person.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be redeemed before this time. Gift vouchers are non refundable.
